Account Deletion

At VegCrop, we respect your right to control your personal information.

If you have created an account on horeca.vegcrop.in or the VegCrop HORECA mobile application, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

To submit an account deletion request, please click below "Request Account Deletion"

Upon verification of your request, we will process your account deletion within 7 working days.

What will be deleted

Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your customer account

• Login credentials

• Personal profile information

• Saved addresses

• Wishlist and preferences

• Marketing communication preferences

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Order history

• Tax invoices

• GST records

• Payment transaction records

• Fraud prevention and security logs

• Information required for legal or regulatory compliance

Such retained information will only be kept for the legally required period and will not be used for marketing purposes after your account has been deleted.
