About Us

VegCrop Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacture, distribution, and supply of frozen vegetables, gravies, curries, flat breads, snacks, sweets, and food service solutions for hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, cloud kitchens, institutional kitchens, and food service businesses.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pack sizes, images, and pricing displayed on the website are accurate. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly.

VegCrop reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
VegCrop reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until processed by VegCrop.
Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products and delivery locations.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment terms for approved business customers shall be governed by mutually agreed commercial arrangements.
Delayed payments may attract interest and suspension of future supplies.

Delivery & Cold Chain Requirements

Orders are delivered within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and other approved service areas.
Standard delivery timeline is 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
Products are transported in refrigerated vehicles maintained at approximately -18°C or below.
Customers must immediately transfer products to freezer storage maintained at -18°C or below upon receipt.

VegCrop shall not be responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage, thawing, temperature abuse, or mishandling after delivery.

Product Inspection

Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and notify VegCrop immediately regarding:

Shortages
Damaged packaging
Incorrect products
Quality concerns visible upon delivery

Claims raised after products have been accepted and stored may not be eligible for review.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products:

Products once delivered and accepted cannot be returned.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects, delivery errors, or damaged products reported at the time of delivery.
VegCrop's decision regarding refunds, replacements, or credits shall be final.

Storage & Handling Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

Maintaining freezer storage at -18°C or below.
Following recommended storage and handling procedures.
Ensuring products are used within the recommended shelf life.

VegCrop shall not be liable for losses arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on horeca.vegcrop.in, including logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, graphics, and website content, is the property of VegCrop Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VegCrop shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of business or profits
Business interruption
Product misuse
Improper storage or handling by customers
Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied under the relevant order.

Force Majeure

VegCrop shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Floods
Fire
Pandemic events
Transportation disruptions
Government restrictions
Power failures
Labour disputes

Website Usage

Users agree not to:

Governing Law
